I have been doing much better the last few days. Thank you God! There are just going to be ups and downs. I just have to ride out the hard times knowing they wont last. Ecc. 7:14 says, “When times are good be happy; but when times are bad, consider: God has made the one as well as the other.”
We have enjoyed getting mail at our PO Box here. It seems to take about 10 days for a letter. We appreciate the updates and all of your love. If anyone asks, like Grandma Stahl did already in a letter, we would like kool-aid and the girls like things like stickers or bandages sent with letters. Thank.
We had a prayer time tonight with Tim and Angie. I told them how I have struggled and how I appreciate my time with God. Angie said she thinks Grace is a very demanding, strong willed child. It was interesting and good to hear her view point. Sometimes you don't see everything because it is normal to me being with them all the time.
Josh has been using a lot of Ateso words. He probably doesn't think so but for only being in Soroti less than four weeks he is doing well. I don't know how he remembers new words long enough to use them later. I still know my four or five. Someday I will learn a few more. It would be nice. All of the kids around here and a lot of the women function only in Ateso.
